2023 Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition, bright with Baja Yellow paint.

Ram continues to release special edition 1500 TRX pickups in unique colors. The latest, unveiled Wednesday, is the 2023 Ram 1500 TRX Havoc Edition, decorated in a vibrant color called Baja Yellow.

The Havoc Edition is based on the already well-equipped TRX and is fitted with many luxury and safety features from the available Level 2 equipment group. It also combines a Baja Yellow exterior color with some graphics and unique 18-inch beadlock wheels with a black finish. It also features a dual-panel panoramic sunroof, spray-on bedliner, cargo tie-downs, bed steps, and cab-mounted brake lights.

The interior features accent stitching, carbon fiber accents, flat bottom leather and carbon fiber steering wheel, unique center console badge, heads-up display, adaptive cruise control, active lane control, and electronic driver assistance features including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection.

The powertrain remains unchanged. Under the hood will be the familiar supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 engine known as the Hellcat, which accelerates the TRX from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds, 0-100 mph in 10.5 seconds, the quarter mile in 12.9 seconds, and a top speed of 118 mph (365/ 65R18 T-rated tires limit only).

The 1500 TRX Havoc Edition will be offered in limited numbers in 2023. Sales will begin early in the new year, and a Ram spokesperson told Motor Authority that the total number of units will likely be less than 1,000. Pricing is confirmed to start at $106,445, including a $1,895 destination charge.

Past special editions of the TRX include the 2022 Ignition Edition and the Sandblast Edition.
