2024 Subaru WRX TR, 2025 Toyota GRMN Yaris: Top Photos of the Week
Subaru has announced a hot version of the WRX for 2024, but it is not the WRX STI. But it's not the WRX STI; it's a new grade called the WRX TR.
The Range Rover Sport gets a Black Pack for the 2025 model year. It is called the Stealth Package and includes a protective film that gives the vehicle a matte finish.
Toyota recently updated the GR Yaris sold abroad, and soon the more radical GRMN Yaris sibling will get its own update. A prototype has been spotted testing at the Nürburgring, with Toyota Chairman Akio Toyoda taking turns behind the wheel.
BMW's upcoming M5 is currently being tested in prototype, this time in sedan and wagon body styles. While wagons are not typically offered in the U.S., the M5 wagon will be called the M5 Touring and will be sold in the U.S.
Also being tested is Mercedes-Benz's upcoming CLA-Class, whose design appears to be close to the lines of the handsome concept CLA-Class unveiled last fall. The new compact sedan will be available around 2025, and buyers will be able to choose between hybrid and fully electric powertrains.
And finally, Hyundai's high-performance electric compact crossover Ioniq 5 N has just been launched, and a race-only version is about to go on sale in Korea. It is called the Ioniq 5 N eN1 Cup and is being developed for the new electric category of the Hyundai N Festival one-make racing series.
